By submitting User Content, you grant The Juniper Journal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use such User Content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the platform and its services.

Content designated as “public” may be visible to other users and may be shared within the platform to support collaboration, learning, and community engagement.
Where you elect to make User Content publicly available, you may be given the option to license such content under a Creative Commons license. Creative Commons licenses are standardized public copyright licenses that allow others to use, share, and, where applicable, adapt your content under specific conditions. By applying a Creative Commons license to your User Content, you grant the public permission to use your content in accordance with the terms of that license. Such licenses are irrevocable once granted, except as otherwise permitted under applicable law.
